EART - Estonian American Art Diplomacy
EART is a transatlantic cultural diplomacy initiative founded by Raud Fine Art Gallery (Chicago) in collaboration with Kitsas Galerii (Tartu, Estonia).
Its mission is to build a living cultural bridge between Estonia and the United States — powered by art, dialogue, and technological empowerment.
In an era where art can “travel” within seconds, EART uses digital innovation to connect audiences, artists, and institutions across continents. The program enables Estonian art to reach new audiences throughout the United States while introducing American creative voices to Estonia — both virtually and physically. Exhibitions are shared across screens and walls in Chicago and Tartu, with selected shows featuring original artworks presented in person.
Beyond exhibitions, EART is about community-building — strengthening the Estonian-American presence in the Midwest, fostering artistic exchange, and creating new opportunities for cultural and creative collaboration between the two nations.
The inaugural event, AI and Technology in Art, Culture, and Education (Columbia College Chicago, October 2025), opened this dialogue by bringing together artists, educators, and technologists alongside the official Estonian Presidential Delegation.
EART’s upcoming program continues this vision through a series of exhibitions planned for 2026 that merge tradition and innovation.
Through art that transcends geography, EART celebrates shared humanity — proving that creativity and technology together can bridge even oceans.
